and have circulation fans for optimal cooling performance. The housing of the
tunnels
are insulated for efficiency and performance. These tunnels can be integrated
into a complete line with Chocoma’s enrobing equipment or delivered with
an independent drive to be used with your existing equipment.
Their tempering kettle capacities range from 12 kg. to 170 kg. of tempered
chocolate. These kettles can be cooled with a compressor for smaller applications
or water
cooled for larger capacities. Their 6T line of kettles are ideal for the
small manufacturer. Available in single vessel or double vessel models so two
types
of chocolate can be available for use at all times.
