The Confiseur Table Top Depositor

Tired of filling your chocolate shells by hand with a pastry bag? The Confiseur table top depositor is an ideal solution for hand molding chocolates.

This depositor is constructed from high quality stainless steel and is electrically heated to keep your filling ready to use. Most confectionery fillings such as truffle ganache, pralines, and fondants can be used with the unit.

The Confiseur is able to handle vacform molds or polycarbonate molds such as 275 x 135, 275 x 175, 275 x 205 or any mold up to 275 mm in length.

The depositor is available with seven or eight pistons and has a “rise and fall” action to prevent air bubbles during the filling process. The nozzles are easily adjustable, without tools, to work with your different mold layouts.

With all of the pistons driven by the same mechanism you get even and precise deposits every time. The deposit stroke is easily adjustable on the easy to read scale on the dosing arm.

The Confiseur is light-weight, approximately 40 lbs., and, with the hopper removed, can be stored vertically. The 5 liter hopper is designed so that it can be removed with filling still inside, with no dripping.
